In the email, include the website URL and a button URL (200x40 or 88x31). Also, a brief description would be nice and perhaps the link to the page that will feature one of the ROL buttons/banners.
RECOMMENDATION: Sites with a working link back to ROL (with a button or banner) will have a better chance of being accepted than those which don't.
