Nothing to say?

Who Jason or Haru?
Neither of them say much
by pretty_blossom @ 21 July 2008 11:24 am
nice background.
by Alien_Cicada @ 21 July 2008 01:36 pm
I very much like the final panel. A quick heads up, there are very few male individuals who would stand with one leg bent and the above hip out. Generally speaking, girls are more likely to stand like that. A guy would more likely lean back on the pylon looking to the side. However, I am not claiming to be an expert, and I would also like to repeat that I like the last panel the most, and that your art is undeniably good.

Jason? You okay? You don't normally post a new page and say, absolutly nothing,
by Okami @ 21 July 2008 11:20 pm
Say something! O.o

by Jason @ 22 July 2008 10:58 pm
Ello. Sorry I left you kids hanging for a while there...

@Alien_Cicada: Ah, I see what you mean. I was trying to make him lean against the pillar, but I suppose it does look like he is sticking out his hip in a feminine manner.

Oh, and what is an RSS? this may be a stupid question but I ask it anyway,
by pretty_blossom @ 23 July 2008 07:29 am
RSS is the little orange thing with 2 white bows on it in a MS iexplorer 7. Other than that - go to wikipedia for explanations and some links to rss readers.
Personally I use it to keep track of new stuff in the sites that have it. Don't try to stick pictures in it - they don't always load properly and they just annoy. New stuff to the site, new pages and generally any message you want people to hear about is the usuall content.
by Jason @ 24 July 2008 05:03 pm
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndicate...and it's just that. A really simple way of telling readers when new articles (or in this case pages) are released.

Anyway, I am curious as to which elements are more important than others. For example I didn't bother with the skipDays, skipHours, or skipDays elements because I really don't know how to judge the duration. I also didn't use the ttl, cloud, or lastBuildDate elements as well as many less others.

...so if it's more convenient if I DID use a certain element, give me a heads up (as well as an explanation as to how it works, because I'm personally confused with some of these options)

Dear god it burns my eyes!
by Jason @ 24 July 2008 10:53 pm
Psh...Google and most large websites use a white layout...no one complains that they burn their eyes XD
by Sitrel @ 25 July 2008 02:09 am
Maybe it's just like crack addicts during, um, whatever they call it, um... OH WITHDRAWL thats it, anyhow, maybe it's like that, needs getting used too, i however like the new layout, i'd eprfer this one to the dark one you used before,
by pretty_blossom @ 25 July 2008 05:35 am
a white layout is not the same as a bright layout. besides, one doesn't linger in google or any other search engine.
by Nonesuch @ 27 July 2008 01:21 am
I agree with pretty_blossom. Anyway ROL ain't supposed to be all bright and cheerful. I mean c'mon angels destroying the world? How is that a fluffy image. I'm typing with my eyes closed btw, to avoid retinal scarring.
by Jason @ 27 July 2008 02:04 am
Well, you kids are calling the layout "bright"...but technically gray is a darker shade of white. Unless you are coming from a very dark website/screen...or perhaps you are reading this in an extremely dark room, I don't see how this layout is burning anyone's eyes.
