| ok - this page begs an expalanation - that resistance group is in plain sight and also people are proud to be known as a part of it to total strangers - weird. Almost all resistance groups that I know of are unofficial orgainsations that are considered terrorists by the goverment, thus making members wanted men and not keen to advertise themselves to strangers. Official organisations are called army or defence force. it's a connotation thing for me - I'm from Israel and I get lots of both kinds. Frankly here nobody calls themselves a resistance group - they all want the recognition of being an official army.
I do know some movies and TV shows with a group called resistance, but the members are always afraid of admitting it. Yasu is actually proud of being a member (which I suppose she should be, given the fact that her people are being killed). Still, it wouldn't be called a resistance group by anyone official. If the humans are in charge, it should be the army. If the angels are in charge, it would be very stupid to admit to being a member to a stranger in the street. All in all - weird. BTW - I really like the way u paint her - the clothes are lovely and her face looks cute. |

| @Tom: I liked the first panel too...the shading is much more prominent giving her a much more full view...unlike the larger Yasu on the left, whose shading is too light to even notice... @pretty: You make a very good point. I suppose resistance wasn't a very good word to use, is it? Well, here's my vague explanation, which still doesn't really prove anything or justify my use of this terminology... Angels look distinctly different from humans, so both sides can tell immediately between Angels versus humans/lambs. The Angels took out the human's main capital/stronghold and the humans are scattered everywhere without a central gov't/order (right now Angels are just picking off remaining cities). However, the humans are gathering members to form a group to resist the Angels, which I called the resistance of lambs (lol, also R.O.L....ironic, no?). Anyway, it's just a name. I'm not using it in a political sense of overthrowing a government, but just "resisting" what the Angels are trying to accomplish. |

| Heh, actually I wanted to think of something entirely new to call the group...but I couldn't think of anything, so I went with a more generic term...which I learned from your comment that it's not quite as generic as I'd like ^_^ |

| A resistance is "An organized effort by some portion of the civil population of a country to resist the legally established government or an occupying power and to disrupt civil order and stability." So it works as long as the angels occupy the humans lands, maybe it would have been better if more use had been made of the fact that this is a fight between different species. Still it's just a name and I doubt many people will really think that deeply about it. |

| I don't think I "started" drawing the nose like that here on this page...I've been using a single line for a while before this page ^^;
Perhaps the placement of the nose on this page was worse than usual. |
