Project ROL: Page 75

Page 75
ONE NEW PAGE. I'm being so lazy...I'm just mindlessly brushing through these pages. You may have noticed, but I just kind of stopped trying after the first panel XD

I'm not going to lie to you...this part of the story is so damn boring for me. It was slightly interesting at first, but now it's just dragging itself along. Perhaps it doesn't seem too bad to the readers since it's new material, but imagine how difficult it is to become motivated for this scene when I have to draw the same characters over and over again in the same pose talking about something I already know and have thought about for the last half year.

Oh, another thing...I finally decided -- I want a graphical tablet. I suspect that the coloring process will be much more smooth and quicker if I could literally stroke with a drawing utensil rather than trying to coordinate it with a mouse. Nevertheless, I'm looking through some prices...and I think I'll try the cheapest one which is around $85 USD after tax. However, in the end I still am a college student...so even though this is rather cheap compared to the $500-1000 professional-grade artist tablets, it's still going to leave an unhappy hole in my wallet. So (though I rarely push this), PLEASE donate money to Project ROL if you can. I realize that many of you do not have any means to donate...but for those who can, please consider it. Even a few measly dollars will be highly appreciated!

Let me put it this way...if I get enough donation money to buy a graphical tablet, I have a feeling Project ROL will be updating more frequently for at least the first month as I childishly play with my new toy XD

On a different topic, I'm working REALLY slow on the layout. Here's a preview of how much "more" I've done in a week (all I did was outline the image and color the hair): click here for the updated banner image. Ha...at the rate I'm moving, this may not be done until 2009 @_@
