Two new pages, two new preview pages. I found it rather peculiar that there were no new comments for the last page I uploaded. I'm assuming it's due to one of two reasons: A. there was nothing interesting worth saying or B. everyone is busy and hasn't checked the site yet. In case it is reason B, I suggest readers to jump back to page 54.
As mentioned last time, I'm about to reveal below the entire
Generation 3 story since I was unable to properly finish it. A note to new members, Project ROL is considered the fourth generation; all previous generations are older and completely different comics I made that used the same character names.

GENERATION THREE:
Gen3 started in two different ways (there were two versions). However, the opening of both consisted of Haruko, Shino, Torio, Yasu, and Keiko being harassed by a weird character. The weird character refers to Haruko as his older brother, but Haruko does not know who he is. Torio, on the other hand, seems to know more than he's willing to admit. Eventually (in both versions), they are saved by a group called the Hunters, who then promptly leaves.
Alright, where shall I start? First off, there is an organization creating genetically enhanced humans from artifacts containing the gene of Adam and Eve, the two perfect images of God before they became corrupt and evolved into the (less godly) modern human. The organization is split into three factions: the passive Project Adam, the radical Project Eve, and the neutral Central. Generally Project Adam thinks that the genetically enhanced humans (referred to as ROL) should live side-by-side and further advance the human race. Project Eve, on the other hand, thinks that the ROL are the next step in evolution for humans and all lesser (regular) humans should be wiped out and replaced. Central was neutral and just acted as the middleman so that the two Projects can work together and achieve their individual goals faster.
Moving on, Central created two ideal genetically enhanced prototypes called Cain and Abel. Central then gave Abel to Project Adam and Cain to Project Eve. Eventually, as their names symbolizes, Cain kills Abel. As a result, Project Eve broke free from the equilibrium where Central watches over the progress of Project Eve and Adam. Eventually, another group emerged known as the Hunters. These Hunters are generally against the whole idea of genetically enhanced humans, whether it is to achieve Project Eve's or Adam's ideals.
Alright, let's continue on to the five main characters. First off, it was already revealed that Shino is Cain. If I had continued with Gen2, it would have been revealed that Haruko is Abel, despite the claims that Cain killed him. Nevertheless, both Shino and Haruko lost their memory after the event where the Cain/Shino supposedly killed Abel/Haruko. Torio is also a ROL who, while created by Project Eve, is detached from any organization at the moment. However, unlike Haruko/Shino, he is well aware of his identity, but chooses to keep it secret. If you must know, Torio is making a sadist game out of the situation, because he knows Cain hated Abel before they both lost their memory. Keiko is a child of a ROL and a human, which is why she was forced away from her mother when it was discovered she can be destructive when emotionally unstable. Yasu is, oddly, just a regular human in Gen3 (in stark contrast to her role in Gen4).
So now, how does the story proceed? Well, these five characters are traveling together in search of Eden, because Haruko feels that Eden is somehow linked to his past. All the while, Project Eve starts proceeding with their plan to replace mankind with the ROL. Project Adam/Central and the Hunters moves in to stop them, thus creating a commotion, which escalates into a war involving even the humans. Eventually the five main characters get caught up in the mess, because Project Adam/Eve recognizes Haruko/Shino as Abel/Cain. As a result of meeting the two warring organizations, Haruko and Shino slowly begin to regain their memory and gradually become more and more like the passive Abel and the violent Cain.
As the story goes, at some point Project Adam/Central is able to push back the progress of Project Eve. However at a crucial moment, Project Eve gets a hold of Shino and completely reverts him back to Cain. Since Cain is one of the two ROL prototypes closest to perfection (alongside with Abel), the addition of him in Project Eve's arsenal helps reverse the advantage in the war. On the other side of things, Haruko does NOT completely revert to Abel, but has learned to control many ROL abilities (though presuming not as well as the original Abel could have done). Eventually comes the destined scene where the semi-reverted Abel meets the completely-reverted Cain on the battlefield.
Truthfully, I have not really decided how that final scene would turn out, because I wanted to wait and see how much of the story I would actually follow. However, I did imagine Yasu being all dramatic about how they shouldn't fight each other after all they went through and such. Generally, I'd like to have the half-Abel, half-Haruko win the match and somehow convert Cain back to Shino...though with the recent trends of my storytelling, I imagine it'd be more likely that I'd just kill off Shino *laughs awkwardly*
---- ---- ---- ---- ---- ----
Ah, but some of you may be wondering why at the end of Gen3 (the one I actually made), Yasu died and the pink-dress Yasu showed up (who is later described as God). Well, that's because I shortened the Gen3 story, but still wanted it to vaguely tie in with the newer Gen4 (the current version). If you were to ignore all the mumble jumble about Project Adam/Eve and Cain/Abel, it may actually tie in with Gen4 rather decently with some minor inconsistencies.
Nevertheless, I'm pooped from typing this all out. But at least now those of you who remained from Gen3 won't feel quite as empty when you think back about the ending of that comic. I do hope this gets to those readers who were disappointed with the abrupt ending of the third generation...
