Here we go: one new page, and two preview pages. Anyway, some readers (and by some, I mean one) worried that I may be concentrating too much on the art instead of the story itself. While that was not my intention, if my comments and/or actions did rub off that way, I apologize. But the thing is, better art means more new readers. I realize that regular visitors would probably stick around even if the quality of the art declines...but for new visitors who stopped by for the first time - I would like to make the best first-impression as possible.

The first thing a new reader sees isn't the story, but rather the art and website layout, which is why I place so much emphasis on both these aspects. In the end, a webcomic's goal is to try to attract as many readers as possible. I mean, all webcomic creators are selfish in the sense that we fish for attention. If we truly only created comics for our own enjoyment, then why bother placing it online where everyone can see it?

Nevertheless, I placed two preview pages instead of one because I felt a bit guilty making all of my wonderful readers wait so damn long for me to upload another page. At the rate I'm going...there's only going to be five new pages a month...which is really slow. I regret having such long gaps between updates on this scene because it's not very interesting, thus leaving me afraid of losing readers in the dull (but necessary) dialogue.

Oh well. Not much left to say. I'd ramble on about some random topic, but I still have some school work to attend to, so I'll have to wait for another day. It's been a while since I've had the chance to talk about something other than Project ROL, hasn't it? Hmm...I'll try to think of an interesting topic for the next update.
