On the first panel, Haruko is still looking at the sky; on the second panel, Haruko looks surprised as he glances at who was calling him; on the third panel, we see what Haruko saw, which is two Yasus.

Now there are about three or four different possibilities as to why Haruko sees two Yasus (the older one and the younger self-proclaimed God). However, I'm not going tell you which scenario because I have a habit of saying too much. Even though this tidbit of information is harmless, I'd probably start talking about other, semi-related material that would spoil future plotlines. So...whatever you think is going on...there's a decent chance you're right since some possibilities are more logical than others.
