I missed the opportunity to talk about my artwork on the first entry so I'm going to talk about it here, even though this is *supposed* to be a page-specific entry. However, this is an exception since I didn't want to have this on the first welcoming entry ^_^

Artwork has generally improved. While my drawing is still similar to before, I improved the shading and finally started including detailed backgrounds. If you're interested in the technicalities, I used to do only cell shading...but now I'm combining soft shading with cell shading to create whatever it is I'm creating. I suppose that'd make it soft cell shading?

So anyway, I made a mistake while working on these first three pages...I drew my characters as kids without practicing. I'm actually a little afraid some people would think my drawings have bad proportions because of the way I condensed their body sizes to (unsuccessfully) give the impression of younger characters.

Story-wise, I don't have much to say about it since it's too early to make any comments. Oh yeah...by the way, when I used the word bastard, I was referring to the negative connotation when you hear people using it on the streets. I'm not saying that the boy is a result of an unmarried relationship...though that is technically true too...
